Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message, and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

I truly hope you are 100% happy with your purchase!

Due to sanitization, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

If you discover a flaw or fault in the product, please contact us within the first 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
